Our family room was modern, with a comfortable bed. The place had a family atmosphere. The staff were pleasant, quiet and best possible location close to the Centre of DaLat with friendly staff.

Its exceptionally clean hotel with excellant views and a nice design. The location is quiet and decent, 1 mile from an offbeat guest house. You could walk to a market and stores.

Es ist ganz in der Nähe von allem - von Attraktionen bis hin zum Bahnhof. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Arena entfernt ist. Das ermöglichte mir, in kurzer Zeit zu den Veranstaltungen zu gelangen. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war ebenfalls bemerkenswert. Es gab keine Beanstandungen, alles war makellos. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie sorgten dafür, dass ich alle Informationen hatte, die ich für meinen Aufenthalt benötigte, und standen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Da Lat recently. The hotel itself was new and clean, with modern facilities. It was also in a convenient location, within walking distance of Cho Dalat and surrounded by nice cafes and food places. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, cleanliness, and ideal location.

My second stay at Grace Hotel was even better than the first. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel was clean, safe, and professional. All the services offered here were very affordable. We even received two bottles of mineral water for free every day. the price of the hotel was very reasonable considering the excellent service and quality. the room had big windows with a beautiful view of the city. The staff even allowed us to check in early and helped us with our travel plans. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🌟.

Arriving in Da Lat early in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised by The Grace Hotel's early check-in option and upgraded room. I recently stayed at Grace Hotel for 3 nights during the New Year period. Hang, one of the hotel staff, went above and beyond to help me secure bus tickets to both Mui Ne and Saigon. Her exceptional service and thoughtfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable with a great view and the hotel's quiet location added to the overall pleasant experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near the night market and restaurant areas, making it easy to find good food nearby. the room was bright and well-equipped with everything I needed. the staff members were friendly and helpful, providing assistance with arranging cheap transportation and always welcoming me with a smile.

The noise from school kids, but I understand that it was during summer holiday so it was to be expected. Another negative aspect was the presence of ants in the first room I was given, but the staff quickly moved me to a new room without any issues.

Great hospitality from the staff, very comfortable bed, and easy check-in/out process. The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit the central market and other nearby places. The option to rent a motorbike in good shape was an added bonus.

The WiFi connection could be improved, although it's not a big issue if you plan on exploring the city and not relying on it too much. The soundproofing of the door could also be better, but it's still manageable.
